If your items do not come as described or aren't the perfect match, return it for a refund within 15 days of delivery as long as the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition - complete with original packaging, tags, etc.

We have multiple contact options. You can either send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, chat with us on live chat or send us a message through our contact page so that we can work with you to resolve any issue as soon as possible!
You can choose between having your payment directly refunded to your payment source or receive store credit. (Direct refunds only apply to orders that are returned within 15 days)
